A typical day would include daily interactions with Managers and Supervisors while trying to accommodate the needs of associates on a daily basis. I am at a computer most of the day completing payroll, creating requisitions and invoices from vendors, responding to emails on a variety of issues related to associate needs and the needs of the Managers and Supervisors. I learn something new everyday whether it be a new function in a computer program or something that helps an associate. I have a great support team who not only encourages me professionally but also personally. With the many cultures and personalities I'm surrounded with it gives me the opportunity to see different points of view and a better understanding of how it affects everyone from their job duties to HR related issues. The most enjoyable part of the job are the people you get to know and help even in the smallest of ways. The hardest part is having to let someone go from the company.

Very challenging and rewarding place to work.  Pay was excellent but due to the grueling work schedule, the area in which I worked was plagued by extremely high turnover which ultimately affects those who stay and are constantly picking up the slack and/or training new staff.  There was no such thing as a typical day and my work week ranged anywhere between 50 to 80 hours.  
After 10 years I decided it was time to switch career paths.  The hardest part was leaving behind some of the best co-workers and the best team one could wish to work with.

Being a contract worker and not having enough working days

Great team work(especially impressment team-cage and coin department)

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Getting up at 3am and going to work because your shift starts at 4am

- Hiring people and keeping them on contract for more than 5+ years to aviod paying benefits
- Replacing skilled workers with cheap labour to save money
- Doing everything humanly possible on employee yearly evaluations to lower the pay rate to 1% (max 2%)
- Every now and then, group of old workers are called in and let go for corporate restructuring
- Most people working there are on stress medications

It a good place to work and good employees they worked hard but you got a lot of experience I hope if I can go back to work there one day. Personally I don't have any recommended to work anymore just because I can't do balance between my life and work

Fast-paced work environment with multi-cultural staff and clients.  Customer service skills put to work!  24/7 operation requires you to work all shifts everyday of the year.

Typical day at work consisted of performing a list of tasks that must be performed every 30 min, hour, daily, weekly, monthly. Very mundane with little growth, but otherwise friendly staff.

Good place to work. Management and coworkers are super helpful. Midnight shifts are a bit tough but decent pay and benefits. Great lunch room with decent buffet reasonably priced. 

Hard work jobs vary some are good some suck hours are inconsistent. Never no what to expect from one job to the next the staff is brutal and don't care
